Rumors:
Investigation into the recently active vigilante group believed to be calling itself “The Punishers” has run into some early difficulties as the DPD’s legal department has demanded tangible evidence of police involvement be presented before any such “disruptive” and “costly” internal inquiries take place.
Discussions between the two companies vying for reconstruction contracts on the downtown areas damaged by recent gang violence are believed to be coming to a close, with a couple compromises said to be in final review.
Apparently, a new toy and candy store has opened somewhere in Denver, the Phuntasmagorium. This would not really be a subject of note, except that discussion of said novelty store has consumed local discourse lately; as no one can seem to agree on where the store is located.
Another child, two dogs and a cat have all gone missing in the area around Kings Brewery Park. Local authorities consider the disappearances unrelated as none of them occurred in the park itself, the closest being two blocks away. But public hubbub seems to think there’s a connection
